Here is our 2023 Annual Report which I am delighted to share with you.
A little taste of what's inside...
Looking back we:
- We built 32 more Hello Hubs in 2023 in Nepal and Uganda (making the total number of Hubs 108 Hubs globally). This means we now connect over 120,000 people to the internet, power and hardware.
- We partnered with UNHCR to work with refugees in Uganda.
- We won the Andan Prize for Innovation in Refugee Inclusion for the second year running.
- We increased our offering at Hubs, adding more programmes to teach communities new skills.
Looking ahead:
- We are expanding to Nigeria and Burundi.
- We're decentralising our operating model.
- We have launched a training programme to enable other NGOs to adapt, localise and deliver Hello Hub builds so that we can scale more quickly and efficiently.
- We are launching the an Innovation Fellowship to enable community-based engineers to solve problems in their communities.
